Worst staff in Germany. I visited ekinos during a trip around Germany. In general I have to say Germans are super nice: Kind, helpful and makes you feel welcome.
Ekinos is the exception that proves the rule. I quite simply cannot recall when I was last treated so rudely. What a horrible place - I strongly recommend anyone to go other places.

I watched several movies in Ekinos, most of the rooms aren't so impressive but the service and the people are kind and satisfying.
The tickets are not so expensive aprox. Most of the rooms are really small but the big ones are extremly good and they have beautiful lighting and design.

The entrance to the cinema is a small door, and one can hardly see the cinema behind it. It was a great escape during a rainy day in Frankfurt, so we watched Pirates of the Carribean, which was great.
